I am a body builder who has PSVT, (fun I know), I used creatine for a while to help build muscle mass that I needed badly, it did the trick, but it also caused my hair to fall out, so be careful. As for the alcohol, stop altogether. You will find that you will fill better and have less problems with the PVC's
Did you ever get a resolution? Had the same problem about 3 years ago - I was taking a creatine supplement for several days + drinking (heavily - yes, I know), and had a very bad spell of vomiting, heart arrhythmia. Since, I've had intermittent problems (PVCs) and am wondering if there might be a connection. Thanks.
Some of us are very sensitive to alcohol (I'm one of them) and like you i like to keep fit (mine is mountains) so like jerry says find your limit and then keep to it. This is sometimes very very hard but you get the payback with the ability to do much more physically without frightening heart rhythmns
Sounds like you got a good "handle" on what to try. Drink alcohol in moderation, or not at all, and see what happens.
71 kg up to maybe 75 kg sounds like a good weight for 5'10"...hum seeing you use the English measure for height, I'll do the same for weight: 155 - 165 pounds.
