Fast Heart Rate When Relaxing? Anyone?

Does anyone get fast heartrate when relaxing?  As in just watching TV or waking up in the morning?  I know this is anxiety...I've been through all the tests and have even posted about this on here many times before...but I'm still really curious about the rest of you.  It seems that if I get up and walk around or do something, I feel better...but if I just sit for a long time, it feels so uncomfortable...like my HR speeds up.  Nothing over 115, I'm sure, but still just kind of uncomfortable and jittery.  
I also have really low BP...like 90/50 (and one time 89/49).  Don't know if that contributes to it either....hmmmmm......

i get anxietys just sitting for periods of time also..my heart rate jumps to about 90 witch isint considered high..but my normal pulse is 70.so its anxietys..and im on xanax too.so its always time to take 1 when that happens to me....good luck to you..

No I too notice that I am less prone to anxiousness when I am doing things. Sometimes its even counter intuitive.  For example, I seem to be  less prone to anxiousness when I am public speaking.   I dont really know much, but I think they used to tell us that we grow less anxious when we take charge.  I think this idea fits well with my experiences with it.
