Yes it's so reassuring to know that our hearts are okay...and that we don't have a heart problem...but a thyroid problem...and thyroid problem are so easy to treat...some women develop hyper/hypo thyroism long-term after birth so if your heart is still going crazy years after it probably has something to do with your thyroid... i have symptoms of hypothyroism right now...and breastfeeding enhances that...some of the symptoms:
low basal body temperature
depression
weight gain or difficulty losing weight
lethargy or fatigue
dry skin and coarse, brittle hair
headaches
menstrual problems/ Infertility
constipation
loss of libido
You take your body temperature every morning with a glass theromoter for a week..above normal temp. hyperthyroism...below hypothyroism here is a website explaining

You're awesome! Thanks!
What does temperature have to do with thyroid? I've taken my BBT every day since 2002 (natural family planning). I have quite a good record of temps :)
You can actually get a at home test to test for thyroid dysfunction...u actually take your temperature every morning for a week and get results that way...
I don't really do anything for my symptoms...when I go into afib...i just wait it out and it usually lasts a minute...but it still scares me a lot...i get worried that it will go on too long and won't convert back...i hate it especially since I'm home a lot with my two babies and I can't focus on them when it happens...i kinda go into panic mode... :(
Wow! Thanks for that information. I have the exact same symptoms as you. PACs, PVCS and afib post partum. My thyroid tested normal also. What are you doing for your symptoms?
