This patient support community is for discussions relating to heart rhythm issues, arrhythmia, irregular heartbeat, implanted defibrillators, pacemakers, and tachycardia.
I think your post is too complicated for most of us to respond to.
As your post concerns treatment under a doctor's care, I can only say discuss with your doctor.
As far as Mitral Valve Prolapse, assuming it is not unusual, it is unlikely to cause you any problems. From what I've seen on this Community many people live with MVP and do very well.
It is always a good idea to discuss any troubling side effects with the doctor who prescribed the subject medication.
THANKS. MY MVP IS NOT ALL THAT BAD, DRS. SAY IT'S BARELY NOTICEABLE, BUT I DO HAVE "SPELLS" SOMETIMES WHERE I GET DIZZY, MY HEART RACES, MY BLOOD PRESSURE GOES UP, I FEEL HOT & COLD AT THE SAME TIME, SHIVER LIKE I'M FREEZING, EVEN IN THE SUMMERTIME, MY CHEST FEELS TIGHT & ACHES. BUT WHAT'S REALLY WEIRD IS, AT LEAST SOMETIMES WHEN THAT HAPPENS (USUALLY IF I WAKE UP DURING THE NIGHT WITH THESE SYMPTOMS), IF I START READING A BOOK, IT GRADUALLY GOES AWAY...STRANGE, HUH?

Good luck.
