Yeah sorry I meant bisoprolol, I keep forgetting the name.
I'm sure an aspirin will be fine with prozac, bisoprolol and diazepam.
When i take them i use the enteric coated ones as im also on esomeprazole cause of reflux probs, but ive taken aspirin before without problems.
Feel like im falling to bits, need invent a body part shop :-) xxx
Did you mean to type "bisoprolol", a beta blocker? As you not doubt noted I have a bad typo habit of typing "you" when I mean "your" so typos are a familiar problem for me. In any case if it is a beta blocker it should help lower your HR as well as your BP. I do not know the drug diazepam, but doubt that there is any problem in taking a simple aspirin once a day with either of them. I also guess while I don't specifically have any experience with either of your prescription drugs, the does level strikes me as very low. If your HR at rest "can often reach 120.." I think you might discuss with your doctor increasing your BB dose.
Thanks very much, will try the aspirin,
also on Ibosoprolol 2.5mg and 15mg diazepam.
Pulse can often reach 120bpm.
Will let you know how i get on, thanks for the advice.

I understand you to say you are working with your doctor(s) to diagnose you irregular heartbeats. AFib is unlikely at your young age, but not impossible, and it will cause an irregular heart beat and usually a faster than normal, perhaps 100 bpm at rest or higher.
While you are waiting for medical guidance, I think you might benefit from taking an aspirin a day with a meal if you stomach is not upset by that "wonder drug". I take aspirin (and other prescription medications) to protect me from clot formation because of my AFib. An aspirin provides some heart protection benefits beyond clot mitigation (AFig related), so it should no hurt you. If it does upset your stomach, just stop taking it. If you plan to take for more than a couple of weeks it is a good idea to discuss the long term use of aspirin with your doctor. My doctors know I take aspirin, and in fact one of them prescribed that I do so.
