Anybody in this forum with this chain reaction???

my pvc or flutter seem to come in this order: stomach anxiety(knots or butterflies in my stomach), next acid reflux then comes the PVC's or flutters. when im calm, all these stop. when i fear this and think about it alot they come back. Mind over matter is what i am trying to learn and conquer. now sitting makes all of these worse because of the acid but when i stand up the pvc stop and acid goes back down. this is the weirdest thing. anybody else with this or am i alone in this.

yes, I know exactly what you mean and it happens to me. Get some valium from the doctor and take a small does (1/4 of a 5mg tablet) and take it when this happens. I bet it stops it. That's only a very small dose, and won't do you any harm or cause any addiction problems. I've been doing it for 20 years. Also, carry a couple of biscuits or crackers with you and when you feel this starting, eat one or two. It usually helps. Another thing to try is 'slippry elm bark' from the health food store. You can get tablets and if you chew a couple when you feel it coming on they settle your stomach down. Makes me feel better anyway. I have PROVEN that these thIngs start when we're upset in our STOMACH. Most doctors disagree but they are WRONG! Try these couple of things and I bet they help.

Well to your question, no, I don't have a similar experience, but I can understand that/how your symptoms/chain is related.  Indeed, you seem to understand that anxiety is a driver of heart rhythm problems, not a cure.  Perhaps a blander diet or antacid tablets can help too.

Good luck and believe in yourself and beat the mind game.
