Heart + Dizzieness

I am currently experiencing ectopic heart beats which cause a surge of dizzieness. The are very un nerving and can be quite scary. i was on 10 mg beta blocker 3 times a day and yesterday they upped my dose to 80mg to try to stop them.  I have had a echocardiogram and it came back normal so i have a structually normal heart. also all my ecg,s have been fine. they just happen spontaniously at random times. I have been told that these are not toworry about if your heart is structually normal is this correct. Please Help.

Haha Kasper That what it feels like though. A surge of dizzieness upwards. weather sitting standing or walking. so because m echo was fine and my ecg was fine i suggest that i should not worry to much. I started 80mg beta blocker today and touch wood i have not had one yet. I dont even feel the thud when i have the flutter with the dizzieness the thud normally comes at night when i am just ready for bed.

I love how you use "surge" of dizziness. Because thats how i use it.
Yes. u feel the thump.. the lighthead/dizzi feeling AND YOU EITHER SAY TO URSELF, DO i Checkc my BP? Is it going to go into SVT? Running thoughts..

I have SVT. and my THUMPS happen while standing, walking and sitting and leaning over to far to my right..

yes if they are normal.. even for me with an electrical problem.

if they become WORSE like where they are really bothering you.. they still can hurt you but you can jump on a medication that controlls even those.. like me. (cardizem CD)
