Heart palpitations assessment

My cardiologist gave this assessment of my heart palpitations which I have been dealing with for years=Cardiomyopathy, diastolic 425.4 worsening, Orthopnea 786.02 unchanged and Palpitations 785.1 worsening. Can anyone tell me what this means. I had ECG showed abnormal heart beats- extra heart beats. Echo showed thick heart at top of heart. I have to go for more tests. Thank you for help.

the numbers you have listed look like diagnostic codes. Has your doctor explained anything to you? I'm sorry you have to go through this and hoping you get some answers very soon.
