My guess (note guess) would be that when you laugh, your diaphram and/or lungs create a localized abrupt jarring or jostling for a brief moment that may cause the stray pathway to conduct creating your arrhythmia. I've had plenty of shock/vibration induced SVT's caused by landing flatfooted on a hard surface, or by perhaps sneezing or coughing. Another possibility would be that laughing causes abrupt changes in vagal pressure which in your case (as well as in mine) causes the arrhythmia.......again, just a guess.
