It means you have some instances of bradycardia. How significant it is depends on what you were doing at the time and your symptoms.
For example was your instance of a 30 bpm heart rate during a period of vagal stimulation? Were you using the bathroom? Sleeping? Did you just stand up after sitting in a chair for a few hours?
Then youd need to know, were you symptomatic at the time? How,did you feel?
This is why accurate journal entries are important.
All in all the numbers themselves dont seem too 'bad' per se. But more information would be needed to determine how to go forward.
