Holter results

Hello all, just had some concerns with my holter results. Little background i am 25 years old. A month or 2 ago i was working in the yard and started feeling weird. Went inside to sit down ended up passing out, having a panic attack and ended up in er. Er said i was fine, my doc wanted the holter test. I do smoke, and have high blood pressure. Was on norvasc up untill that day, then doc switched me to hctz. Anyway my results.. 105306 QRS complexes. 3 ventricular beats. 41 supraventricular beats isolated. minimum bpm 44, max 145. max sinus pause 1.63 seconds...st channel 1 2.4mm 0mm.. st channel 2 1.4mm -0,6mm..st channel 3 2.6mm 0.2mm...conclusion sinus tachycardia. sinus bradycardia, ventricular ectopien (unifocue) occ, pac's, pvc's... extended conduction? I still feel really werid sometimes. Scared to death to work outside or exercise. Most of the time I try to black out just sitting down or trying to work in the sun gardening or such. Should i be worried? My doc dont seem to be too worried about it. I did the test and they did not even call or tell me anything was wrong with it.. thanks for your time.

Conclusion: Normal. 99% of everyone here would envy those results. You have a low amount of PACs, and an even lower amount of PVCs which are possibly/probably also PACs with so-called aberrancy. That happens occationally.

We all have sinus bradycardia with sleep and sinus tachycardia through the day (exercising, walking, etc..). If you had symptoms during the monitoring you should be very reassured by this.

After a Holter test you should always see a medical doctor for interpretation, do that so he can give you some real reassurance. That often helps.
