I have acid reflux a touch of barrettes and get these spasms or heart paps

Hi all. I am a male in my late 40's in good shape. I work out play sports etc. About 10 years or so ago i would wake up chocking in my sleep. I went to see the doc and he gave me Omeprazpole. I take one in the morning and that solved the problem. I watch my diet like you wouldn't believe. No caffeine at all. I eat oatmeal in the morning and drink hot water and honey. You get the picture. Just recently i started feeling like a spasm or rumbling in the center of my chest. I do have what i call a bad case of anxiety. I don't take anything for that. I try to deal with it the best i can.
I just had a nuclear stress test and had a ultra sound of my carotid artery and wore a monitor for 2 weeks. Everything is great. But i still get this spam feeling that feels like heart paps.
I have a blood pressure monitor that will indicate if i am getting heart paps and it shows nothing. I also wear a fit bit and i check my heart rate while i have this feeling and my heart rate is like 57.
I went back to my gastro doc and told him about his last week. He said it was due to anxiety. He has done 3 endoscopy's on me and found nothing.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Its driving me crazy and with my anxiety its not helping me. If i had an idea what it is i would probably be ok with it but not knowing is not good.
I do take Diovan 80mg/12..5  for my borderline Hypertension. My pressure is great and i monitor it.
I take Fenofibrate 134 mg once a day,  I also take Omega 3 fish oil 2 x a day.  
My gastro doc suggested i take Buspirone 7.5mg for the anxiety and the spams. I have not yet started it cause i am really not into taking pills for everything but if it will help i will start.
Any suggestions or opinions would greatly help me. I would also be grateful if you could email me directly and post any responses up on this site. I want to make sure i read anyone that responds to me.
