Somewhere I founded this link, and consulted my doctors who told me that it can't hurt if you try. I am now ten days on L - Arginine , magnesium 450 mg, vitamin C, 100 mg Q10 and my PVC's are gone from a 1000's a day to a less then 50 a day…
I know for myself Magnesium, and vitamin c work great, but I try to get the vitamin c from fruits. The other thing that helps me is fish oil. When I added fish oil to my diet I noticed I sometimes go days with no palpitations now a days.
