My 23 year old daughter was taken to urgent care after fainting, where she was diagnosed with Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block and vasovagal syncope. She has had fainting episodes sporadically (last one 4 years ago). They have been less frequent as she's gotten older. Her ECG was reviewed by an electrophysiology specialist to make the diagnosis (there was originally some concern about Brugada's, but that has been dismissed as a diagnosis). However, there has been no other recommended follow-up, such as an echocardiogram or any other screening. Do you recommend that some additional follow-up should be done?
