You also might want to consider your ionic balance. Excessive sodium and insufficient Potassium can alter your heart rhythm.
Thank you Michelle! I appreciate your prompt and thorough response!

Glad you were able to block out your name and birthday. No one can really diagnose you online and I am not an educated expert on ecg strips but it looks like they are simply some isolated pacs and nothing to worry about in an otherwise healthy heart. If you have not had your heart health evaluated you may want to see a doctor for a checkup and let them know what you are feeling but if they are pacs they are really of no concern. Pvcs are a bit more concerning but really only in the context of an unhealthy heart but it is best to let a doctor evaluate you who has your whole history and results to review.
Why people get these extra beats is hard to say. Some say that everyone gets them at some point but even if that isn't true the working knowledge is that they are pretty harmless if the heart is healthy. Things that can aggravate them are acid reflux. Caffeine, sugar, carbohydrates, spicy foods and large heavy meals. Becoming dehydrated can also trigger them as can stress and anxiety. They tend to come and go for people for seemingly no reason at all. The more you can ignore them the less ability they will have to distract you and disrupt your sense of well being. But do get to a doctor to get a check up to be sure all is well with your health. Take care and try to not worry.
