hi, i'm a healthy 29yr old male, i have had the displeasure of discovering that i suffer pvc's on a daily basis, my first one (which i think everyone would agree is the most terrifying one) was about 5 years ago maybe 6 i remember very clearly i was actually playing a shooting game on the xbox and since that one they have grown more frequent, from what i have read and experienced they are stress/anxiety related and harmless, but there is a couple of things that i have noticed about mine that i would like to share. first would be, when im hungover (which isn't very often) my pvc's feel a lot more menacing, they feel slower and have a bit more of a sharp, deep feel to them. second is i rarely get them at work when my brain is working and im walking around and pretty active. third, i get them sometimes when im lifting weights, after i have done a set though, never during, which brings me to the fourth, i almost always get them when im winding down and trying to relax, as my heart rate is slowing. fifth is actually one that should be studied more i think, because the longest period of times i have been pvc free is after my knee operations when i was on pain killers (oxycodone, tramadol, codeine,) this was for about 5 weeks i did not have one while in the euphoric state, which is good and bad i guess, bad obviously because unless you want to be a drug addict this is not a good fix for pvc's, good because i suppose we can learn more about them in a way that they could somehow create a medication that does not alter the mind but rids sufferers of pvc's.. any feedback will be appreciated, thanks(=
