Where or in what food can you find these substances best? Can anyone spell it out in common language, taurine and arginine make no sence to me (English is not first language). So, pls; .. fish? Fruit? Berries?

It does look promising, since magnesium makes a dramatic difference in MY arrhythmias.  If I go a day or two, I see a significant increase.  I truly believe it is the deficiencies causing a lot of our problems.  That being said, I remember trying taurine and L-arginine years ago with no success.  Possibly I didn't take it enough. I think I will check out which foods have this.  Maybe I'm eating a bunch right now cuz my heart has been behaving again.

Hmm. Perhaps but I would be VERY leary of taking anything more than 100% of your daily value of these things. Don't go drinking red bull because it contains taurine. There's plenty to be found in a good burger!
