I do not have a personal experience but a colleague of mine made contact a few years back with Cleveland Clinic, I believe. He did this via their web interface and for a modest (I'll say a few hundred $) fee he got a review and recommendation on an ablation proposal from his at-home doctors. In this all the tests made were sent to the doctor(s) at Cleveland Clinic. This was a way to get a second opinion that the insurance wouldn't pay.
He didn't get an ablation and takes medication to control atrial problems, not sure if it was flutter or fibrillation. He, like I, is an older person and that surely played a role in the decision not to ablate.
