Problems after pacemaker implant

Hey it's my first time posting here but looking for any advice, I recently had a pacemaker implanted due to sick sinus syndrome My pacemaker was first implanted and removed due to infection and placed in the opposite side since then the side my pacemaker was on hasn't been right sore,. Achy and generally haven't been right since the implant run down exhausted and picking up every bug under the sun basically my cardiologist has no clue why I'm still in pain and desperate for answers am only 24 and part of me regrets getting it because it closed one door but opened another.
