Pvcs with sharp chest pain, lightheadness and chest tightness

For months I have been experiencing sharp chest pains and a sensation of my heart skipping, while exercising.  I went to see a heart doctor and they did a stress test and a Coronary CT scan.  During my stress test I had two chest pains and the tech said it was during a PVC.  However my over all results were good and my CT scan showed 0% of calcium buildup.  My PVCs while exertion are getting more painful and happen multiple times and now I experience lightheaded, shortness of breathe and chest tightness afterwards with weakness .  Its to the point I am afraid to exercise.  This even happens while I am weightlifting and with intercourse.  I am healthy otherwise , no HBP, not a diabetic, good cholesterol..    i'm very frustrated and cant get any help for this.  It is altering my lifestyle. can any one offer advice on what needs to be done?

Sorry to hear about your PVCs.  Have you been referred to an Electrophysiologist, a specialist that's trained in diagnosing electrical mapping of the heart?
