What Do I Have?

Hi guys. I've been having this problem since about October and I have yet to find out what is wrong wiht me. I've been in the hospital in and out but recently they just quickly do and ECG and send me on my way. My symptoms include very high heart rate, reaching 160, while just resting and other times it may be very low at 50 when i am laying down and shoot up to above 120 once i stand up. Other then that i have chest pain, stomach pains and neck pain all at once. Is this one thing to do with the heart or many all at the same time? Ive been told that my heart is in good condition, so why am i experiencing all this?

The Dysautonomia does sound very much like what i may have.
How do they check for it? And is there a special doctor that can perform something to check for it?

I thought I could be more specific:

(This goes past heart rhythm but I would really like to know if they're all connected and have my questions answered under one topic)

Yesterday, before the ambulance arrived my blood pressure was 178/90 and my pulse was 154. They lowerd my heart rate by stopping my heart and letting it go back to normal. That didn't work since it went back to 154 but after some time it eventually went down. I had to be taken in in a wheel chair cause once I stood up my heart rate would shoot up again and became very dizzy and tired. I was in and they did an ECG on me and found that my heart was fine.  (I'm 45, and I used to be a smoker [30 years] and i drank alcohol but they told me to quit about 6 months ago, and since then I haven't had anything)  In a matter of 2 hours they sent me home and told me to come back if it got any worse, but every time I go back they question whether there really is something wrong with me. I wasn't feeling any better and I haven't been for the past 2 weeks. I can't do anything and I just lay around all day. If I do, then everything hits me at once and I have to lay back down.

While at the hospital I've been told I have:

  Gastritis
  GERD
  Supraventricular Tachycardia
Non - Cardiac chest pain (unknown reasons)
  Dyspenea
  Dehydration problems

( I don't think I have any of the gas problems becasue the only symptoms is the pain and I think I have an infection of something.)

My symptoms include:

  High heart rate ( SVT)
  Abdominal Pain
  Chest Pain
Pain in the back of my head and Neck Pain  (this is recently)
Dizzyness and Tiredness from standing up

I have no problems when I swallow food when I actaully do eat. I haven't vomitted ever, no naseua, no bleeding whenever I use the bathroom, and no ulcers were found.

I also had a tooth infection and was wondering if the bacteria could get into the digestive system [spleen, pancreas, colon, stomach, etc.] ? Could the fast heart rate be connected to the GERD, Gastritis, Esophogitis, etc. ?

And, yesterday while at the hospital they took a chest X-ray and saw a small nodular density overlying the right lung base overlying the right posterior 9th rib they may represent bone island.

What does that mean? Does it have anything to do with my other problems? Could they all be connected? Where does bone island come from?

I should probably put this under a different topic in another section but I don't know under which one. They're all happening at the same time and even the doctors don't know what to check for first.

All of the symptoms you've listed could be caused by an Autonomic Dysfunction or Dysautonomia.  Have you had any unusual blood pressure readings?

I'm sure there are other possibilities as well.  Hopefully someone else on this forum will be able to offer further insight.  Good luck.
