Question about PVCs

I am a PVC sufferer, for 7-8 mo ths now. Over the last few days or weeks theyve seemingly gone away, although occasionally there is a very weak, barely noticeable thump that is far less noticeable and far less bothersome. My question is, is it normal for pvcs to vary in strength consider they have always been a very strong and worrisome thump? Is there any scenario where significantly weaker PVCs are a bad sign? Or is this definitely a good thing? I have dropped my weight from 285 pounds to 264 pounds since November and have made lifestyle changes such as more exercise, better food and drink, epsom baths, neti pot, managing stress etc. Vitamins, Magnesium, trying to sleep better etc. So could this potentially be a sign of lifestyle changes starting to improve my PvCs and palpitations? I do suffer from anxiety too from all of this with the PVCs, so part of me wonders if this could be a red flag, warning sign, like if theres a way weaker pvcs mean a weaker heart?
I am a 26 year old white male, along with my weight I am 5ft 11inches. I have had two event monitors, countless ekgs and several x rays, CBC, stool and urine tests, echo, sleep apnes tests. And all that was found was PVC and very minimal PACs. My echo shows a mildly dilated left atrium and left ventricle, but they have assured me that I am just a bigger guy and am on the high end of normal. (does that sound reasonable?) as the LA is 4.6cm with the top of normal range as 4.0 and LV 6.0 with 5.7 normal. EF is good at 55-60% with normal thickness and function. I'm feeling relieved at the reduction in symptoms and can just use some opinions to help alleviate the "what if" of anxiety. Thanks!

I sympathize with your anxiety.  I have the same ...the "what ifs".  If you are exercising regularly, I wouldn't think your heart is getting weaker, rather it would be getting stronger.  

I have something similar some days I feel a noticeable thump other days I feel it very faintly.  I think it has more to do with what the mind is paying attention to. Usually the days I feel it less is when it happens while I am thinking about something else, days I feel it more is when I'm just sitting there and I pay attention to it. Hope that helps.
