Yep sure have!!
been living with this for 27 years and can guarantee that if I exceed for example 3 alcoholic drinks or repeat drinks without a two dat gap then i will get a rudde awakening with SVT and/or a bad day of PVC's.
The good news is that once you identify hoe YOUR UNIQUE BODY reacts to stimulants/toxins etc then you can live a greatlife by avoidibg them and rather than being avictim you fell partly in control.
So try and forget the fear  - get a diary and start listing your incidents and what you did ate and drank so that you can identify the'triggers' and avoid them
For the scared feeling it is important to breathe correctly as hyperventilation will cause heart rhythmn problems so pur your hand on your abdomen and breathe slowly so that youe hand rises and falls showing abdominal breathing. The out breath should be toughly twice as long as the in breath.
read all these posts and know that you have nothing to fear but fear itself.
i am assuming in my comments that you have been given the all clear by your doctor.
beat wishes
