SVT(superventricular tachycardia) PVC

Hi my name is Jonathan and my age is 18 . this all started when i was home last year in December the 17th 2013 when i was laying in the couch and all the sudden a raid heart rate , i immediately call 911 , paramedics came and stated SVT at a heart rate of 180 with blood pressure 123/85 . i than arrived at Norton hospital , emergency doctor arrives and sees my ekg over about 5 min they sate that is consisted SVT with a elevated heart rate of 202 BPM they try out some meds 1st one was 4 mg of adenosine and didn't work 2nd was 12 mg of adenosine and didn't work either , so they waited and see what was gong on in the ekg , they decided to cardiovert back into rhythm since my docs didn't want to wait and lose my blood pressure . was transfer at a different hospital kosiar children's hospital at the cardiology center i spent two days with a ellivated hr at about 120 to 100 dr smitha bullock a cardiologist at kosair took and watch over my ekgs and echograms and ect. everything was normal. i was than discharge and had a follow up with a pediatric cardiologist electrophysiologist , he is a good doc with lots of years in the medical field , i trust this doc a lot and belive that he is truly trying his best to find out what is happening , we are currently making test and more study into my heart , all  3 holter monitos 24 hours came back normal and one 30 day even holter monitor came back normal , stress test normal with a heart rate of 205 BPM  and echocardiograms came normal and follow up ekg apointments came back normal , blood test : mild cholesterol , low vitamin D but rest of its normal tropin 2 came up on my blood test after my first episode. cardiologist electrophysiologist dr johns rude says that all test have been in normal range , he tells me this is not a fetal cardiac episode . but he states there is still possibility of atrial tachycardia ecc. he plans to make an ablation procedure , EP study but doesn't recommend it for me . i don't know what to do anymore im currently on beta blockers 25 mg twice a day one at night one at day . i still think there is something actually going on and my doc thinks their is a possibility but when he says its not fatal i just don't really know if it is or not , i mean i read many books about cardiac functions and ekgs interpretations but still don't honestly get it can svt be caused by stress , can it convert into V-tach and can pvc at a rapid rate be fatal ? please help with any answers or suggestions .

I'm not trained to read an EKG.
It's really important that your SVT has been captured on a strip as most electrophysiologist want evidence of what is going on.
Stress can't cause SVT, but the adrenaline stress releases can certainly help precipitate an event.
I had 54 years of SVT, about 3 to 5 times a month. While not life threatening, it is certainly a pain in the butt to deal with.  I had an EPS done 4 years ago and have been SVT free since.  Best of luck to you!

im on atenolol 25 mg and taking twice a day .
my svt episodes have decreased with the medications am on but they usually last about 25 to 40 min depending on  how rapid my heart rate is .
they sometimes self convert and don't depending on how fast my heart rate is at , most of my svts are still under testing meaning my eletrophysiologist is not sure if this is full svt or sinus tachycardia . NSR wont show up unless im giving adenosine 4 or 12 mg it usually works at the 2nd dose .

thanks and hope you can find what is really going on

I also have lots of ekg strips if that would help

Couple of questions:
What beta blocker are you on?
How often are you SVT episodes?
How long do the last, and do they self convert back to NSR?

I'm traveling, so my response might be delayed anbit.
