owh thanks RNRina... i feel relief now.. about 4 hour ago i don't have any skipped hearbeat until now... maybe because i not think about it and my pvcs is gone...
Hi there. I get a lot of PVCs when I lie backward or on my left side, more than right. That is because your heart cells are irritable and in both of those positions your heart is being touched harder by more organs. On your right side there is less lying on your heart. I know this sounds bizarre, but I am positive I am right. Also, the vagus nerve innervates the heart and the stomach. Different positions can cause different areas to become irritable. I am not taking the place of a doctor. Everyone who gets these should be checked first, but once they tell you that your heart is normal (structurally) you can try to relax. And come here for encouragement.
salaam..
thank you whyman2010, will ask my doctor for that 24 hour heart monitor...
i already read about Anxiety(like jerry_nj suggest) and i discover that all my symptom related to Anxiety..hmmmm..
maybe i always feel depressed...

You should ask your doctor for a 24 hour (or a week heart monitor). This is basically a strap with a mini computer around your chest which you strap on and the computer records your heart rythem.
I had this done for a 3 day period and the doctor saw the results.
Maybe a suggestion that you may give to your doctor.

Hope you're well.
I have the same problem. Whenever I lie down on my left hand side, I get a palpitition.
For this reason, I only lie on my right hand side.
Have you seen a doctor? Are you on any medication?
D not worry, my doctor said that the small palpition/skipped heartbeat is NOT dangerous...but you should see your doctor and speak to him.
Ma Salaam.

Have you been checked by a cardiologist? I know atrial fibrillation can case symptoms like you describe - usually with a elevated (higher) heart rate.
The connection to Zoloft sounds like a possibility, but given you've taken that med for a number of years without any similar problems I doubt it. Have you looked at the side effects for Zoloft?
It could be a good idea to start taking an aspirin a day, but that should also be confirmed with a doctor if you do it long term.
Anxiety can be a problem driver too, so be careful with the self treatment as the lower does Zoloft may make you more anxious.
