Severe Chest Pains

Hello I am an 18 year old female. I be having really bad chest pains almost every day. It usually happens hours after I have eaten. The pain be in the center of my back and then moves to my chest. It hurts really bad to breathe. When I do take deep breaths the pains goes down my left rib cage. I eventually throw up but the pain still be there hours after I have thrown up. I then pass out. What could be wrong with me?

Alot of things can cause you to pass out. And I STRONGLY suggest thatyou get in to see your DOCTOR IMMEDIATLY!! Good luck and please go to the doctor.
