Hello...
Sorry to hear that you're being plagued with all these symptoms. When you say tremors, are these in your hands, legs, whole body? Your BP does seem to be quite high, are your Dr's addressing that?
OK, so they diagnose you with Sinus Tach. This is either appropriate Sinus Tach or inappropriate Sinus Tach. If it is an appropriate form of Sinus Tach, this is typically a secondary response or symptom to some underlying issue. What kinds of tests, besides Thyroid function, have they done?
In regard to your menstural cycle, what is your age? If you are premenopausal, this could very well be the root of all these symptoms...
My tremors are in my arms, down to my hands and across my back. I am 41 years old, so this could be hormone related.
The beta blockers have kept my blood pressure quite low about 102/64, which is kind of scary. My cardiologist thinks that my heart is responding to a problem somewhere else in my body, causing the tachycardia.
I have had an mri, abdominal ct scan and lots of blood work. Everything has come back normal, I am at a stand still right now. I don't know what to try next!
Hello...
I can relate to feeling like you're in limbo:( It could be related to a shift in hormones. Have they looked into your hormone levels? What about catecholamine levels? If this is elevated it can cause you to have tachycardia...I'm just trying to think outside the box a little.
Sometimes, it takes us, the patients, to do a little digging on our own. Come up with information and then request tests from our Dr's. It is frustrating that we pay enough into healthcare and expect our Dr's to do this for us...but that would be a perfect healthcare system and we all painfully know how fractured that system is:(
It souldn't be left up to you about "what to try next" this is their job. Your symptoms do not have a diagnosis, so it is up to your Dr to not stop until he has turned every stone in an attempt to help you.
Please keep us posted with any updates. Maybe somebody else will read your post and have further insight or a direction for you to follow. Good luck!
