Should I call my dr, go to ER or just back to sleep :P

I've had these spells of squeezing sharp pains with lightheaded & nausea for awhile - off & on after exertion.  I'm kind of used to that, last night I got a really really bad episode while I was cooking so I went to lay down after I cooked and felt a bit better.  

At 4am this morning I woke up with this "crampy" achy feeling in my left chest area, into my side under my arm & in my back that hasn't gone away - and extreme fatigue like I could just go back to sleep.  

I've never had this, so I have no clue what I'm feeling I'm used to feeling pvc's (54,000) but not this.

Any suggestions, should I just call my dr and tell them or this sound like non-heart related?

I just looked at the link I provided and see that the key symptoms of a heart attack are spread over three different areas in that area of MedHelp.

I think you do need to see a doctor to discuss you symptoms even if you don't go to ER.

Sounds serious to me, take a look at:

and decide on the need for a trip to ER based on that.
