I am on 36 and I take a multivitamin every day plus extra magnesium. I used to think that only old people took vitamins (sorry Jerry ;)) but I was wrong.

I agree with what Jerry said though the mind is a powerful thing, whenever my anxiety would hit then I would take a deep breath and go to my happy place.

Good luck!

For most of us, if we eat a reasonable diet we don't need to take supplemental vitamins. Still a simple multivitamin would not do any harm.  I take them myself, but I am a senior and older people  some times need extra vitamins because their digestive systems are not as good as they once were.

If you have a "pass" from a cardiologist I would guess you heart is fine. If you have some anxiety, a vitamin may help, mentally and physically.  You could give it a try, and try to believe in it when trying.   The mind is a powerful healer.
