Significance of PACS Changing to PJCS

Hi,
So I have been here many times over the past year dealing with severe bouts of PACS which is what my DR has found from monitoring and stress test. They have been pretty much consistent through the whole time and I have chosen to not treat with medicine and learn to live with it. I am able to monitor my heart ECG with the AliveCor instrument that hooks to your phone anytime I start to feel funny or weird while having palpitations. Recently, most of my reports have come back now having PACS but more of what they call PJCS. I looked this up and didn't really find much information on this but I found it interesting that my consistent PACS are now becoming more of a consistent PJC from the reports I have gotten. Is their any significance in this change?

Thanks

Hef

Heartflutterz....hey..just seeing these responses...

Pjcs are premature junctional complexes. The are beats that originate in the av node.

The monitor is by alivecor. You hook this sensor to your phone and it will give you a live 1 lead ecg reading. You can then email or send reports to whomever you want. You can also send them to cardio techs or cardiologist within the app too for a small fee

Plus can't pinpoint why they came what I did to get them, drives me nutts

Hey! Long time no see! Yes I have a lot of belching with my ectopics too. I think it has to do with the vagus nerve like everything else but who knows. I told my cardiologist about it but he doesn't seem to think it's any big deal.

What do you hook up to your phone and who does it go to, like a company who can read them?  Is it yours and do you pay to get it looked at, does your dr get the reports

My PVCs changed a lot over time, there wasn't any significance to it.    Not excatly what you're going through, but I think it's common for the focus to change, or having more findings as you get more EKGs done.
