tachycardia and bradycardia together in one time
its third time yesterday morning around 4 o clock. first time in 2013 second time is before 4months and now third time my heartbeat is going to 200+ than within second it come back to 60 or 70 than next time again going to 180, 190, or 200. But i dont feel any heart pain during this i only feel weakness and fear. when i come to hospital everytime they give me 4 tablets for take and after taking medicine within half an hour or hardly one hour my heart beat beating normal.what is the reason please give me some favour. my cell fone number is +971559759971

Sounds like it was atrial fibrillation or paranoxymal supra ventricular tachycardia. This needs to be caught on an EKG to know for sure. Did your doctor tell you what the issues was?
