Hey guys, I'm 23(nearly 24), overweight, smoke and am addicted to caffeine (Working on all of these).
When I was 12 I was diagnosed with SupraVentricular Tachycardia. I had 3 ablations, my last one at the age of 15, we thought that had gotten rid of it, but it popped it's head back up when I was 21. I had the usual ECG, Echocardiogram, etc and everything came back normal, I had a pretty healthy heart. Over the years I've had quite a lot of PVC's and I know for the most part they mean nothing and they're nothing to be worried about.
But the last night, immediately after some vigorous sexual activity with my girlfriend, I started having a load of PVC's all in a row on the 4th or 5th beat for about minute, at least 6 times. I've never had them in a row before only one off's. The more concerning part is that after looking on the internet, I found that having PVC's in the recovery period after excercise is indicative of a more serious heart problem, and I had 6 of them! Given my history and my clear echocardiogram 2 years ago, is that likely? I'm still waiting for my doctor to get back so I can visit but man this is scary.
