Vibration,tremor,heartbeat fast,vein beating,trembling whole body

Hello everyone,
                      sorry for poor English but please try to understand. i am in social anxiety disorder since childhood and family member have also suffering from this disorde . i am talking anitdpression  medicine for since 7 years ,i was taken colonzapeam and flouxitine for 3 years,then i switched from colonazepam (0.5) and flouxtine (10mg)  to alprozolam 0.5. i have experience that my whole body vibrate and tremor, heart beating fast  and whole body vein beating fast with out any  reason. in public when anxiety attack the situation more grow and my hand shaking.i  can not talk in this condition because the worse satiation lay in me .please tell me  what is this and what is cure .and where i consult .i am in big treble .
