Palpitations 15 minutes after stress test

I had a stress test today, all was good. When they finished it, after about 15 minutes I felt sick in the stomach and like I was gonna gag, hot flashes and a very fast heart rate. The technician was in the middle of putting my holter on so didn't catch it but he was feeling my pulse and he said it was fast and regular. What could have this been? He said it could have been svt but he doesn't know. It lasted about 1 minute.
I've had this randomly before, but the fact it happened not long after a stress test, is this more
Significant?
Could it have been v tach?

This is my second stress test, last one a couple months back just showed 2 PVCS in recovery and I've hAd an echo all normal and a holter showed a few PACs and 1 pvc

If it started and stopped in what felt like one beat and was fast and regular it likely was svt as opposed to vt.  The only way to know for sure is to catch it on a monitor but odds are it was svt.  It might be more helpful to have a 30 day event monitor as opposed to a one day holter but maybe you can catch it.  My doctor said if there was something that triggered it I should try and do that so I could get it going.  The fact it happens after exercise is really of no significance.  Many people only get them while exercising.  it all depends on the person.  Best of luck capturing it.

It was fast and regular but i don't know if it started and stopped like that. The technician said take deep breaths and he said he felt it come down a little bit by doing that.
