I have suffered with mild pvcs for many years, at the rate of 10 to 50 each day. I learned to live with these infrequent periods without to many problems once I realised that they are benign. About a week ago I came back from holiday, went back to work and started having hundreds and even thousands of pvcs most days. I was petrified and made the same trip that lots of other people make to the E.R. As soon as I got there, the pvc rate dropped drastically, so only a few registered on the ECG. Today I have had several thousand pvcs already and am trying not to let them get to me, but of course they do. I had a thorough work out two years ago and had a structurally normal heart. Anybody have any ideas how to deal with these or can reassure me that they will reduce or go away at some point ?
