sick of the pvc's whats the weirdest one you have had

I have had pvc's for 7 years now. I'm 29. They are controlled with meds. At one point in my.live.I had them as much as 6 beats a minute. Now I can go hours and days with out one. But sometimes I feat that one that scares the living day lights out of me.  Today I was driving and I felt a thud in my left breast. I quickly put my hand to find my pulse in my neck but could not feel one for what seemed like 4-5 seconds. I started to panic and my.legs started to get cold. I took my hand away from my next, gathered myself and reached for a pulse.  Normal pulse.   During this episode I did not feel the.urge to pass out or even feel light headed. After I reached my destination I realized the way I reached for my pulse the first time could have been wrong as I simulated it, at times I could feel a pulse but at others I could not. I am fine right now, a little shaken up but with normal pulse.

I have had similar episodes but never felt what I thought to be a long pause as that. I have had ekgs every year except this and all turn out normal. Is it true the you begin to faint after a few seconds? Could I have just has 2 or 3 in a row and that's it?  What's the weirdest pvc you have had

I have been suffering from PVC's for a year and a half now.  They started to occurr right after I had my thyroid taken out (cancer).  I can totally related to what you felt.  I will be driving, sitting at my desk at work or just around the house and all of a sudden I feel this big thud in my chest.  The first time it happened it scared the life out of me.  I was put on beta blocker medicine which dropped my heart rate into the 40's (my normal heart rate is high 50's, low 60's).  Had to come off beta blocker because of this.  Now I just deal with them as they happen here and there but the strong ones still scare the life out of me.

you see its gone one for what seems like 2 years.  out of the blue i'll get one like that, maybe once every couple months.

Literally right now i feel fine. shopped at two stores after it and help my future mother in law move some stuff around in the garage for Christmas (heavy) and i had no issues

I have had exactly what you described.  I don't get those very often and usually they are followed by a PAT episode  (kind of like a pac switching gears or something).
I haven't felt faint during the episode either, but it does feel strange not feeling a pulse.  Just like your body is numb.  Hard to describe.  The pause is probably not as long as you think.  That is what I tell myself anyway.
