I gave up coffee altogether a couple years ago trying to get rid of the PVC's. IT didnt work.  I now drink my usual 2 shots of espresso and 2 shots of decaf with water from Starbucks every morning and see absolutley no difference in my PVC's.

I drink decaf as well.  Usually 2 cups in the AM  and then a Starbucks decaf latte or dunkin donuts in the afternoon. I have been drinking decaf for years and noticed a difference initially. PVCs went away for a few years but are now back again in full force.

I think dunkin donuts decaf must have a lot of caffeine. I always think they gave me regular coffee, I can drink starbucks decaf with no problems. I really want to start drinking tea again, since my palps are so bad without it anyway. There are some afternoons that I would give anything for a cup of REAL tea. Maybe I'll give it a try this weekend and see what happens.
