Thank you tsco, that does make me feel better. I need a good scare - that will bring them on for sure. Last night I was running up and down stairs, trying to do something anaerobic in the hopes that would trigger them. I did have a few while in bed last night but nothing like I'm used to. It's weird - I've had these for so long that normal (sinus rhythm) doesn't feel normal anymore.
You are right. I feel so much better off the meds.
Rent some tear jerking high intensity movies to stress out on, this usually works for me. It is ironic how each ablation I have had, I worried about stopping meds and then nothing happens. I also notice I feel great once off of them.
I think they can trigger stuff if you've been very symptomatic at all. I've had four ablations and had no symptoms going in on three and yet they ablated at all four.
Good Luck and don't worry.
