Hello, I'm  39 y.o. female and have had PAC's for about 15 years.  I also suffer from Anxiety/Depression.  I have bad anxiety attacks, but not panic attacks. What your feeling is totally normal for your condition.  Heart palps. are symptoms of many things, anxiety and panic being at the top of the list.
If you really want to know exactly what's going on I would suggest going to a cardiologist or a EP (Electrophysiologist) they can pinpoint what kind of palps. you are feeling by asking you to wear a 24-hour or a 30-day holter monitor. These test can show more than EKG's and such because they are recording for longer periods of time.
Unfortunatley there is nothing you do to stop them, just learn to do what's right for you to lower them (exercise, diet, meditation, etc.).
Just know what type of heart rhythm you have can help tremendously b/c you research what other people have done to deal with them (like on these boards).
Hope this helps.  Kaz

Anxiety and worry, any emotional strain can cause heart symptoms.  From what you say, and given your heart medical test results, I'd say that looks like your problem, not a heart problem.  If my saying this helps you on that point it should give you something to build on.

I have no experience with panic attacks, but I do understand they can be completely debilitating, really very awful, so have a lot of good reasons to put in the effort to put your mind on the track that you do not have a heart problem.

Have your discussed your symptoms on a forum/community discussing anxiety and panic?  Take a look at:
