What feels like skipped heart beats and scared

Recently I have been having what feel like alot of skipped heart beats.  Occassionally when I monitor my BP I will get a reading that shows a skipped heart beat.   2 years ago I underwent a Stress Test, EchoCardioGram and Angiogram.  There was no signs of CAD, my heart structure appeard to be normal and the only thing the Cardiologist told me was that I had mild Diastolic Dysfunction which my cardiologist prescribed  Metoperlol for in addition to the ramipril that I already took for HBP.  .  Is this something that I should be concerned about.

Sounds like you are connected to the best advice available, a cardiologist and lots of tests.

Metoprolol is also prescribed for HBP, so you are getting two treatments for HBP... hope that has you BP down to a good range.

Others may be able to come up with more comforting words than my opening statement, I hope so as most of us who have heart rhythm problems need to know that these are usually benign and while they cause us concern, they are not likely to do us any additional harm... than the discomfort.

Also forgot to mention that my most recent EKG a couple of weeks ago shows Non-Specific ST Abnormality but the cardiologist didn't seem to be concerned about this either.  What does this mean?
