iam 36 yrs old , 178cm tall , 131 kg , i was feeling something heavy on my left side chest , ecg was good , ck was fine , sonar was good also but i want to ask what does LVEF 58% means ? my BP was 140/90 ,,, that was one month before ... now iam 119 kg so i lose wight and my BP is 110/70 , my pulse is 61-78 is that normal ? thx alot

Let me first do an approximate conversion to the good old US/English measures.
178cm =~ 5' 7" 131 kg =~ 288 pounds, 119 kg =~ 261 pounds. Here I'm using 2.2 pounds per kg, and from memory say that's the approximate conversion. If I have this anywhere near right, it is a good you have lost weight, keep up the good work. Now maybe someone who knows what lvef is will comment.
