normal blood pressure but tachycardia

by kashiark, Mar 21, 2009 05:33PM
At rest my blood pressure is 110-115 over 80, and my heart rate is 100-120. I'm only 16, and I used to regularly (5-6 times a week) abuse diphenhydramine. I did it for about 3 months, but now I have quit, and I'm never going to do anything like that again. I was wondering if it's possible that I did this to myself, and if I did if its reversible.

Good thing you stopped abusing, but it probably has nothing to do with your hr. I had the same thing at your age, could get my heart rate way fast with minimal exercise too, but your heart will slow down over the next year or two.

Thank you so much I was freaking out; I hope it slows down soon.
