OJ makes my PVCs worse because it causes acid reflux for me. Not worth the discomfort. I do use a calcium/magnesium D3 supplement that has reduced my PVCs somewhat.
why not magnesium chloride? see site http://www.drugs.com/mtm/magnesium-chloride.html
My question regarding Mg is how does it help those who have a normal serum Mg level? Very few people are Mg deficient. It seems to me that the information to self treat arrhythmia with Mg comes from the published medical reports where Mg is administered via IV.
I agree with magnesium but not magnesium chloride.
Not sure about the OJ, but my cardiologist suggested magnesium chloride several years ago and it has helped.
