Sorry to keep posting these statistics but I think they may be helpful to nikgirl28.
A recent study of 625 healthy people showed that in 24 hours 81% of them experienced PACs while 63% experienced PVCS. 8.8% experienced couplets (2 PVCs in a row). So you see that it is completely normal to have PACs and PVCs every day although I know they feel horrid.
Yeah we have quite the range of PVC count a day on this forum. There are some unlucky individuals who have tens of thousands a day. I guess try to focus on what agitates them and avoid those particular things. It can be certain foods, beverages (mainly caffeine) and my big key item STRESS!!! It's hard to accept that if you have a structurally healthy heart that the PVC's are nothing to worry about. But in the end, you have to learn to accept it and try not to focus too much on them. Cuz that in itself can bring more on! They won't kill us, but neither will slamming your hand in a car door over and over again. But who the heck wants to live like that right?!
Good luck sweets!
You will most likely have days where you don't get any and you might have days when you get more - it really doesn't matter as long as your doctor has told you that you have no underlying heart problems. i wish i only had one or two a day!
I think just about everyone on this board has PVCs every day. Some of us have dozens, hundreds or thousands per day.
If you're only having one or two per day, you have ABSOLUTELY nothing to worry about. That's within the range of normal heart fluctuations and is no threat whatsoever.
