pvcs versus pacs?

I have PVCs and PACs. Hate them! I hear many of you that seem to be able to tell the difference which is which as you have them. Can you explain how you know just by experiencing them?

To me PVCs feel like a completely skipped beat accompanied by a thump. PACs seem like an extra beat stuck in between 2 regular ones. Best way I can explain.

Mine almost feel sick to my stomache when I have a PVC like right dead center were ribs start. PACs are really hard for me to tell I have to have a few of those to even notice.
