quadrigeminy

I am a 19 yr old girl, working in a hospital as a cardiac medical technologist. I experienced palpitations and did an 24hr holter test. I found out that i had a total of 93 isolated PVCs. From the report, those isolated PVCs occured after exercising, and during and after eating. I feel no symptoms when i was having those PVCs. But sometimes there are quadrigeminy during those timing. But during exercising, it is just sinus tachycardiac with no abnormalities or any chest pain. I am worried about my heart. Is there a need for any treatment?

If you have a structurally normal heart, the PVCs are considered benign.  Did a doctor order the Holter?  If so, what did he say about the PVCs?  If not, can you show it to one of the docs in the lab?  It is almost certain that you are fine, but the key is knowing whether you have a structurally normal heart (probably) : )
