What are these irregular beats called?

I know I've posted a lot lately, but no one calls me back from the doctor's office, his nurse doesn't answer the phone, they won't give me a follow up appointment because he's moving his office, and I really don't know what to do.

Back in February I had to be hospitalized due to irregular rhythm, my heart would go up and down in seconds (100,117,98 etc). I was cardioverted and had an ablation last month which was deemed successful.

I'm now having the exact same pattern but at lower heart rates (42, 60, 80, 99) it fluctuates up and down, highest now is 102. It has been gradually going up since Tuesday afternoon. What is that irregular rhythm called? I'm desperate for answers and ways to make it stop. I want to do some research on my own since I can't do anything else. I'm also on Toprol ER 100mg & 50mg and digoxin. Please help :(

Thanks, I called again and finally got an answer; they say it's normal but will evaluate me next Tuesday. I don't have an appointment time yet but at least it's something lol

It's not uncommon for symptoms post ablation.  Talk with your doctor.  You noted some obstacles above.  Try to talk it through with them, communication is a two way street.  If they are that unresponsive get a new doc.

They did the ablation for flutter; so this means it's back?

sounds like atrial fibrillation, or atrial flutter.  pure guess.
