Firstly, your blood pressure is totally within normal range. I'm 28 and mine got to be 160/100 and I was in very good shape at the time. It was just from pressure-cooker stress at work I guess. I don't mean to downplay the blood pressure but it sounds like you are fine.
Regarding the heart rate, I would suggest you see your doctor. I don't think there is anything to worry about but you should get an idea of why your heart rate is always that high. It shouldn't be over 90 at rest. Do you have panic issues? Anxiety? Are you overweight or out of shape or a smoker/drinker? All of these can affect heart rhythm.
