I have about 3,000 pvcs a day and I feel each and every one of them. Sometimes there very forceful while other times it feels like a vibration or fluttering. I get lightheaded from them but more than anything their frightening especially when ur not feeling that normal beat in between.
I have an irregular heart beat (some skips and some early) due to atrial fibrillation. I am mostly unaware of the beats, I have to put on a monitor or listen with a stethoscope to know this is going on.
I think most of us don't feel our heart beats most of the time, and would thus not notice one as late or missing...but if the late one is harder than normal, we'd feel that. Most people seem to feel extra ventricle beats due to Premature Ventricle Contraction (PVC) and these may be related to a skipped beat, but in your case it seem you do not have the extra hard beat associated with a skip... lucky you. In general most people who suffer from PVC just have to live with it, and while it can be uncomfortable it seems no to be a threat to life.
