I am having shoulder surgery on 7/18. I just got my results on my ekg. It says I have sinus rhythm with occasional premature ventricular complexes. My Qt/Qts is 434/497. The GP cleared me for surgery. But I am still worried about it. How dangerous is this ?

Make sure your surgeon and anesthesiologist know about you heart rhythm concerns. If they and the GP thinks the risks are low enough to go forward with surgery, I'd go with the surgery and not worry about it.
